Completed in January of 2014, CommunitySmith partnered with the City of Wilson and Rehab Development to redevelop Historic Downtown Wilson’s 215 Nash Street - a 125+ year-old building once used for building wagons and stage coaches. CommunitySmith leveraged the architectural features associated with the building’s original use to create a unique living experience for the residents of the 11 apartments and 2 live-work units designed and constructed for the first new multi-family residential offering in downtown in nearly a century.

Apartment rental rates also include bundled high speed internet and cable service (through the City’s Greenlight Gigabit service”) within the rent structure.
