Completed in January of 2014, CommunitySmith partnered with Rehab Development to redevelop Historic Downtown Wilson’s 215 Nash Street building, which previously housed furniture stores and most recently a Western Auto Center. The 129 year old building was once used for building wagons and stage coaches. CommunitySmith used the architectural features associated with the building’s original use to create a unique living experience for the residents of the 11 apartments and 2 live-work units designed for the adaptive reuse of the building.
